1. No Refund Policy
All services are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed or a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If EROBTV is unavailable on the scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be allowed to reschedule for a future date.
1B. Editing & Revisions
Each edited project includes two (2) complimentary revisions at no additional cost. Any further revisions beyond the first two will be charged at a rate of $300 per edit. This policy ensures both parties maintain a clear and transparent commitment to quality assurance.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking.
Please note: All prepaid fees are non-refundable, even if a cancellation is requested within the allowed time frame.
3. Customer Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing all service details, pricing, terms, and conditions prior to purchase.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and delivery address. Final rates will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high volume, processing times may be delayed. Please allow additional days for shipping and delivery.

All clients engaging in filming or podcast services must arrive on time and prepared with any scripts, outlines, or talking points needed for their session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or rescheduling at the discretion of EROBTV.
Clients are expected to respect the studio space and equipment. Any damaged property or equipment caused by negligence will be the financial responsibility of the client.
Content recorded during sessions remains the intellectual property of the client; however, EROBTV reserves the right to use brief clips or visuals for promotional purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to recording.
