    No Refunds: All services provided are non-refundable. Once the service is rendered or the transaction is completed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If EROBTV is not available on date of service due to certain circumstances, client is allowed to book another date!

 

1B. Editing : Any project that is edited is given 2 free revisions of no charge , after that each revision is 300 dollars per edit to ensure quality assurance is provided on both sides for transparency.

2. Cancellation Policy:

If you choose to cancel a service before it is delivered, you must inform us within [24 HOURS OF BOOKING TIME]. However, any pre-paid fees are not refundable.

3 .Customer Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to carefully review all service details, terms, and conditions before purchasing.

4. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. The rates will be displayed at checkout.

 

5. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-7  business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
